CATALYZE Cloud Operations Terms of Service

Authorized use
CATALYZE Cloud Operations is for authorized Catalyze, LLC business use. Users must have permission to access each connected account and business record.
System purpose
The system supports opportunity-alert intake, duplicate prevention, internal routing, and business record verification. Its outputs require the reviews and approvals defined by the CATALYZE Operating Charter and current operating procedures.
Restrictions
Users may not use the system to access unrelated personal email, bypass approval controls, disclose credentials, misrepresent a government opportunity, or make an unauthorized external commitment.
Availability
The system may be interrupted by service limits, expired authorization, provider outages, or maintenance. Operational receipts and review controls determine whether a task is treated as complete.
