CATALYZE Cloud Operations Privacy Policy
Effective September 11, 2026
Purpose
CATALYZE Cloud Operations is an internal business system operated by Catalyze, LLC. It supports the review and routing of government contracting opportunities.
Google data accessed
The system uses read-only Google access to confirm the authorized Google account, read messages within the designated CATALYZE opportunity-alert label, and identify the canonical CATALYZE Bid Engine spreadsheet. The system is limited to the Google account authorized by the account owner.
How Google data is used
Google data is used only to identify relevant SAM.gov and authorized NYSCR opportunity alerts, extract business opportunity facts, prevent duplicate processing, route relevant information to authorized CATALYZE roles, and verify the correct Bid Engine record.
Storage and retention
The system may store message identifiers, opportunity identifiers, routing receipts, timestamps, and extracted opportunity facts needed for operations and duplicate prevention. OAuth credentials are stored as encrypted cloud secrets. Raw personal email content outside the designated alert boundary is not retained by the system.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold. It is not used for advertising. It is shared only with service providers used to operate the authorized internal workflow, such as Google, Cloudflare, and OpenAI, and only as needed to provide that workflow or comply with law.
Control and deletion
The account owner may revoke Google access through the Google Account security settings. Requests about stored operational records or deletion may be sent to ccook@catalyzeco.com.
Google API Services User Data Policy
CATALYZE Cloud Operations' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Changes
This policy will be updated when the system's access, use, storage, or sharing of Google user data changes.
